Gluten-Free Bread

Have you ever missed the satisfying feeling of a perfectly toasted slice of bread? Well, those days are over! Whether you have celiac disease, a gluten sensitivity, or simply want to explore delicious alternatives, this gluten-free bread is about to change your world.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Rice grain
  • 200 g Gluten-Free Flour
  • 7 g Bread Yeast
  • 15 g Salt
  • 5 g Olive Oil
  • 500 g Water
  • 200 g Water

Instructions

  • Hydrate the rice with 500g of water for 2 hours;
  • Place the rice and water in a blender and grind until you can no longer feel the grain;
  • In a bowl add the 200g of gluten-free flour and 200g of water;
  • Confirm the temperature of the preparation if it is between 25ºC/77°F and 32ºC/89.6°F, add the baker’s yeast, olive oil and stir until a soft dough forms;
  • To finish, add the salt and stir;
  • Leave the dough to rest until double the size
  • Bake the dough at 180ºC/356°F
