Onion Quiche



  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 1 uni Egg
  • qb Pitada de sal


  • 200 g Onions in petals
  • 25 g bacon
  • 50 g Flamengo cheese
  • 200 g Cream
  • 2 uni Eggs
  • 50 g Olive oil
  • qb Salt and pepper and nutmeg



  • Knead all ingredients and rest wrapped in plastic or film for 30 minutes in the cold;
  • Spread out in a mold with a removable bottom, prick the bottom and bake at 180º until cooked;


  • Saute the onion with the bacon in strips, in olive oil until the onion is translucent, set aside until it cools;
  • Add the cream with the eggs, stir well, strain if necessary and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg;
  • Add to the previous preparation, cut the cheese into squares and pour the entire mixture into the tart pan;
  • Place in the oven at 200º, reduce the temperature to 160º and leave to cook for around 40 minutes.
